Eleonora
views Yoga as a contemplative physical discipline, which develops
strength, flexibility, focus and awareness. When the body is approached
with sensitivity and is realigned, the breath is finely regulated,
the mind is stilled and one experiences inner strength and contentment
from the feeling of unison between body-mind-soul. A state of inner
peace is realised.
Eleonora teaches classical Hatha Yoga in a dynamic flowing vinyasa
style which syncronizes breath with movement. In addition she combines
yoga practice with her unique skills as a registered Shiatsu practitioner
- a form of Japanese massage.
